Come and try our traditional food. Typical dishes include organic meat, pork, lamb or beef to meet, slow-cooked in their juices with a seasoning of spices. Meals tend to be light with a generous portion of vegetables.

























FOOD
CEVAPI
Cevapi are small, oblong-shaped kebabs from lamb and beef served in somun (Bosnian pita bread) with raw onions. Locals eat this for lunch, dinner, or as a snack.
BEGOVA CORBA
Begova Corba, or Bey’s Soup in English. Slow-cooked chicken and vegetables such as carrots, potatoes and celery, boil into a thick, creamy stew making a warm appetizer.
MARINADA
Fish marinade, freshly caught small fish cooked for several hours in a deep dish with vegetables. This is a house specialty food.Gluten free

BEAN SOUP
Grah is a traditional Bosnian bean soup using Peruano beans as the main ingredients, served alongside bell peppers, onions and carrots. Often slow-cooked beef is added to the soup, creating a healthy warm meal for even the coldest of days.Organic

FISH
Fish that we have plenty, is not held in fattening,
but freshly caught in rivers.
Gaun fish from the river Una is on our opinion,
by the looks and taste, one of the best to

Cicvara simmilar to Polenta, is traditional breakfast dish served with 'Kaymak' (unripened or "new" cheese made from unpasteurized, un-homogenized milk.)Vegetarian

SAČ
Veal is cooked on open fire in copper kettle.
We offer veal that has traditional way of cooking
under Sač* together with baked potatoes.
Sač is a large metal or ceramic lid like a shallow
bell with which dough for bread or meat to be
baked are covered, and over which ashes and
